About the role:
Our programme is designed to help you build confidence and capability and get you up and running as a researcher quickly.
Your first three weeks will be spent on a training project. Following this you’ll start working on current, live projects as part of the research team and your training will focus on specific research skills enabling you to take on more responsibility as you develop your experience. Your role will include:
Getting familiar with designing research projects, collecting data and analysing results.
Assisting experienced researchers with their projects and learning from their expertise.
Building your skills in report writing, data analysis and client communication.
Our training programme is accredited by the Market Research Society and ensures you have the support and expertise needed to become a confident researcher.
About You:
We welcome people from all backgrounds who are curious, analytical and motivated to learn.
You'll be someone who love finding patterns, drawing out key points from loads of information and exploring the details of complex topics. You’ll be someone who thinks critically, enjoy brainstorming with others, and have great listening and observational skills.

You don’t need to have everything figured out yet, as a trainee we’ll support you to develop.

Stage 1: 3 application questions
Stage 2: Online assessment
Stage 3: Short online screening interview (20-30 mins)
Final Stage: Face to face assessment day in our London office which includes an interview and presentation.
Outcomes are expected by 20th July.
